Ingredients

- 1 cup Granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup Brown sugar (Packed about 50g)
- 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (softened For spreading over the dough)
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (Sifted)
- 1-2 tsp Milk (or lemon juice Adjust to achieve desired consistency)
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
