Description
These Turkey Cranberry Sliders with Brie are the ultimate way to enjoy holiday flavors any time. We’re taking soft Hawaiian rolls, layering them with roasted turkey, savory stuffing, and tart cranberry sauce, then elevating it all with creamy, melted brie. Topped with a brown sugar Dijon butter glaze, these sliders are baked until golden, sticky, and absolutely irresistible.
Ingredients
For the Sliders:
- 1 (12-pack) King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 2 cups Roasted Turkey Breast, sliced or shredded
- 2 cups Prepared Stuffing
- 1/3 cup Cranberry Sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 1 (9 oz) wheel Brie Cheese, sliced thin
For the Glaze:
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) Salted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Rosemary
Instructions
-
Preheat and Prepare Glaze: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan, boil butter, brown sugar, Dijon, Worcestershire, and rosemary for 2 minutes until thick. Remove from heat.
-
Prep Dish: Spray a 7×11-inch baking dish. Pour 2 tablespoons of glaze into the bottom.
-
Layer Base: Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep connected). Place the bottom slab in the dish.
-
Build Sliders: Layer turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and sliced brie over the bottom rolls.
-
Top and Glaze: Add the top slab of rolls. Pour/brush remaining glaze evenly over the tops and sides.
-
Bake Covered: Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
-
Bake Uncovered: Remove foil and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
-
Serve: Let cool for 5-10 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Glaze the Bottom: Don’t skip pouring a little glaze in the bottom of the pan! It creates a crispy, buttery crust on the bottom of the sliders.
- Brie Rind: You can leave the rind on the brie or remove it, depending on your preference. It is edible and melts well.
- Cooling Time: Letting the sliders rest for a few minutes after baking helps the cheese set slightly, making them much easier to cut and serve neatly.
