Ingredients
- 12 oz Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Marinated roasted red peppers (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Salami (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing e.g. Garlic Expressions (Or your favorite vinaigrette)
Instructions
Combine the Base:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the crumbled feta cheese.
Add the Mix-Ins:
- Stir in banana peppers, red onion, roasted red peppers, and salami until evenly distributed.
Dress & Toss:
- Pour the Italian dressing over the mixture.
- Gently fold with a spatula until all ingredients are coated and the dip reaches a creamy, spreadable consistency.
