Creamer Base

  • 1 cup Hot Water
  • 0.5 cup Collagen (4 scoops)
  • 0.75 cup Whey Protein Powder (3 scoops, vanilla flavor)
  • 0.25 cup Low Carb Powdered Sugar (or Gentle Sweet)
  • 2 Tablespoons MCT Oil (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prep: Pour hot water into a blender.
  2. Blend: Add collagen, protein powder, sweetener, MCT oil, and vanilla. Blend on high for 10 seconds until frothy.
  3. Store: Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
