  • 4 breasts chicken breast (boneless, skinless)

Coating

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Coating: In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the mixture uniformly over each breast.
