  • 1 cup water (divided (warm & cold))
  • 0.25 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp natural sweetener (monk fruit or stevia)
  • 0.5 scoop collagen powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bloom Gelatin: Pour 1/2 cup cold water into a bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over it and let sit for 2 minutes.
  2. Dissolve: Heat the remaining 1/2 cup water until warm. Pour over the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Flavor: Stir in salt, lemon juice, sweetener, and optional collagen. Whisk well.
  4. Chill: Pour into jars or molds. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm.
  5. Serve: Enjoy chilled as a low-calorie snack.

Notes
